HURILAWS in conjunction with Onevoice Coalition held a Media Parley and formal presentation of report titled “Judicial Application of the 2019 Election Petition Laws in Nigeria” today 27th February 2020.

The presentation centered on persisting challenges with the 2019 election petition process and they are as follows;

1) High cost of filing petition
2) Access to vital materials by Election Petitioners
3) The issue of Burden of Proof
4) Use of Card Readers and;
5) Neutrality of INEC
